Return Policy

Returns Policy
Returns are allowed only on items purchased on the ready to ship website. Pre-order items are not eligible for return. If not satisfied with your product, Totally Blanks agrees to allow a return if the buyer agrees to pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee for a store credit ONLY. No refunds. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us via email at support@totallyblanks.com with your order number and details about the product that you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return the item.
No returns or exchanges on pre-ordered items, swimwear, personalized or custom items. Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise for a store credit. In the event that a replacement is available, you will be able to use the store credit to purchase the replacement item.
Totally Blanks will assume no responsibility for any items after personalization has been made. Please inspect your items before adding any monograms or other alterations to the original form.
Filing a Claim
All orders should be checked immediately with your enclosed packing slip. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged and/or short items, please email support@totallyblanks.com immediately with your order number and issue in the subject line. Please provide pictures in your email showing any issue with the product(s).
All claims must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date to you as posted via the USPS, FED EX or UPS tracking number.
